Section 55
Punishment for acting contrary to contract
If a licensee contracts with a worker to work in one company and gets less wages and benefits than that, or if the nature of the work is different, he works in another company, or if he is not employed in the work for which he was sent abroad. If the licensee is employed or employed at less than the wages and facilities provided, the department shall fine the licensee Rs.
